To deliver a multi-utility package within a fast-paced program, ensuring design solutions and approvals were in place to meet the client’s deadlines.

Our solution

Due to supply chain restrictions, we incorporated an early LV connection into our electric design to guarantee plot connections and hand over dates so our client could achieve their sales.

With our combined civils and multi-utilities package, we were able to coordinate utility works in tandem with the road, sewer and tarmac teams. This created efficiency on-site and minimised disruption.

Scope of work

The project was delivered to the client’s timescale, achieving the required approvals through a combined utility and civils package. The combined package resulted in improved efficiency, reduced disruption and maximised the use of; plant, labour, and materials.
